RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the sales team in handling, coordinating and follow-up on all sales administration duties
• Coordinate and schedule with clients on the logistic requirement
• Project status reporting, tracking and follow up
• Ensure proper filing system for all sales transactions
• Communication and negotiate with clients concerning project details
• Able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Providing administrative support and fulfil assignments and tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level, or Diploma
• Relevant experience / Experience in Marine Electronics will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Assist in handling partial/full sets of accounts including AP/AR
• Assist in the reconciliation between the accounts
• Assist in Payroll, CPF & GST
• Assist in month end closing preparation
• Do journal entry

• To provide quality support to customer technical enquiries

• Relevant experience in performing repair, installation and commissioning of Marine Communication & Navigation Equipment

• Travel overseas on assignment when required
